International Yoga Day 2022

World Yoga Day was observed in Sun Valley International School Vaishali, on Tuesday, 21st June 2022. Students assembled in the school ground at 6.30 am. Although the school was closed for the summer break, but yoga enthusiasts took part in the session with great gusto. Mediation, Suryanamaskar and few basic asanas were the part of the exercise. The programme ended with the National Anthem. It was indeed an enriching session. The school Principal, Ms. Preeti Goel appreciated and efforts of the students and advocated for adopting Yoga in their everyday life.
